• Housewives in some cases are unaware of basic principles of personnel management, sometimes causing abuse or exploitation

Knowing that these problems lead to tension in the relationship between housewives and Domestic Workers and cause a limitation in the development of the quality for the work living, MENAPE Academy had developed the Household Care Training Program that consist of two programs one for the Housewives a 5 hours training and the other for the Domestic Workers for 4 days.

Housewives training program consist of:

• Background of the Domestic Workers (values, way of living, food, concerns…)
• Sharing new management techniques (providing materials) and explaining the HCTP
• Stating the privileges of both parties
• Communication skills
• Dealing with conflicts

On the other part, Domestic Workers program will cover the below chapters:

• Personal hygiene
