About the author:
Lisa Chrabieh Beyrouthi is the founder and managing director of MENAPE Middle East & North Africa Professional Experts as well as an academic educator at Saint Joseph University and the American University of Technology.
Graduated from the Lebanese American University – LAU, Mrs. Beyrouthi has a Master in Business Marketing and a BA in Business Management from University Saint Esprit Kaslik – USEK and a BA in sociology from the Lebanese University – LU with certification from the Protocol School of Washington and the etiquette factory.
After graduating from the Protocol School Of Washington, and the Etiquette Factory, Mrs. Beyrouthi having found her true passion in Protocol & Etiquette, decided to spread in its beloved country the Protocol & Etiquette Spirit through her Academy.
She managed high-profile events and coordinated key projects in Lebanon with public and private sector; including a special dining etiquette workshop with many international key figures such as the spouses of ambassadors and local media personalities.
She was responsible to take care of the Protocol activity at the launching of Lady of the Mantara – Maghdouche “connecting people and cultures through Tourism in the Mediterranean region” under the patronage of ministry of tourism and UNWTO, in addition to the Protocol of “Oumsiyat Zahle International Festival” and much more.
Starting with one of the biggest private school in Lebanon CHAMPVILLE, MENAPE Academy is honored to start its program as after school activity for children and youth.
To reach out the youth Lisa started teaching at Lebanese Universities Protocol & Etiquette and Art of Service at Saint Joseph University as well as Ethics in Applied Sciences at American University of Technology.
Lisa is keen to offer the highest standard program of “Protocol and Etiquette” and make it available to the largest public along with the Franchise, with a unique blend of her 15+ years of Business and Life experience.

“Manners Matter”, By Lisa C. Beyrouthi, introduces an informative, interactive and, above all, fun Etiquette curriculum for the grades 1, 2 and 3.
“Manners Matter” is divided in three clear chapters –
Part One of “Manners Matter” is called “By Myself”. Learning good manners starts with oneself.
This section teaches the little ones how to conduct themselves correctly.
Part Two of “Manners Matter” is called “At Home”. In the familial setting is where the children learn the correct tools to engage with the society.
This section shows how to communicate and understand each other in the family. Socializing starts at home.
Part Three of “Manners Matter” is called “In The Society”. It lists the guidelines on how to engage with others in society and in public spaces. Our set of practical, polished social tools will let them shine no matter where they are.

The handbook does not shy away from using cases that can be adopted in the children’s daily life, such as, how to wash their hands, how to behave in public, how to address others, etc.
Each chapter compromises with the following segments:

- Let’s learn together: documents followed by simple questions that help students think
- To remember: make easier remembering the key words
- Let’s play: exercises to consolidate the learnings
- Check your knowledge: to evaluate the acquired knowledge of the chapter
- Learn further: to know additional information and exercise a workshop
Our fun interactive etiquette training handbook is designed to give the child a set of polished social skills that will let them shine no matter where they are and with who they are with.
This handbook aims:
